Nowadays, more and more steel structure factories are using negative pressure fans, which can effectively and quickly reduce the temperature of the space, making indoor air more circulated. There are also some precautions for the installation of negative pressure fans in steel structure factories.

Generally, steel structure factories with ventilation skylights are equipped with roof negative pressure fans installed directly on the ventilation skylights. The height of the ventilation skylight is generally around 1.5 meters, and installing a 146 * 146 * 958 cm fiberglass negative pressure fan is just right. After installing the fan, fill the gaps with color steel tiles, and seal the part of the ventilation skylight without a negative pressure fan with color steel tiles. Apply glass glue to areas with gaps to prevent water from entering and prevent air from flowing back.

For steel structure factories without ventilation skylights, openings must be made on the roof, with an average opening area of no less than 2 square meters per fan. Special attention should be paid to waterproofing when installing rooftop fans, as there are two directions for fan arrangement. One side of the ridge is arranged parallel to the meat shaped steel, which is a common arrangement. The drainage from the top of the fan shed is directed towards the other side of the ridge. Another arrangement is perpendicular to the meat shaped steel, which requires special attention to the drainage of rainwater flowing down from the ridge direction.
